Solving Homelessness through Community Partnerships
On April 25, the Homeless Solutions Coalition of Clackamas County (HSCCC) will share its vision for solving homelessness through strong local partnerships.
Join OCBA to learn more about HSCCC’s proposed capital project to build a Navigation Center (Center) in the Two Rivers neighborhood of Oregon City. The proposed Center will offer space to local service providers to more effectively and efficiently serve our unhoused neighbors with a variety of needs.
HSCCC was formed in 2016 by a small group of residents who wanted to learn more about how they could support their unhoused neighbors – first and foremost in Oregon City. Since then, HSCCC has blossomed into a thriving grassroots organization with hundreds of supporters and diverse partners, including Oregon City, Providence Willamette Falls Hospital, our local police department and so many more.
HSCCC is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization whose mission is to inspire, motivate, and empower our community to develop and implement solutions to homelessness in Clackamas County.
