
June 23rd, 2026 Forum – Business in the County – Your County Commissioners tell what they are doing to make Safe, Secure, and Livable Communities. Affordable housing, New County Jail and Recovery oriented system of care at the Clackamas County Recovery campus.

The Oregon City Business Alliance (OCBA) invites you to join Clackamas County Commissioners as they outline three key goals for this term, followed by open discussion.

Goals to be covered:
- Affordable Housing: By 2030, 900 affordable housing units will be developed, including an emphasis on the senior population and underserved parts of the County.
- Jail: By 2028, based upon best practices, the County will complete preliminary design concepts and estimates for a new Clackamas County Jail.
- Recovery Oriented System of Care (ROSC): By 2027, the County will continue to address homelessness, mental health, and substance use disorders through the completion and operations of the Clackamas County Recovery Campus.
Luncheon Details:
- Cost: $29 for OCBA members, $35 for non-members, $39 for all attendees for late registration after the end of the day on the Wednesday before the forum, including payments at the door, subject to availability.
- This is a public event—open to everyone, not just members.
- Special plated meal option (for guests with dietary needs): $35 (same price for members and non-members; no buffet access). Requests must be submitted by the end of the day on the Wednesday before the event.
