August 25th, 2026 Forum – Streets to Services: Shifting the Landscape with The Caring Place, Father’s Heart, LoveOne, and Clackamas County
August 25 @ 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Join the Oregon City Business Alliance for a important conversation on the front lines of our community’s homelessness response. We will pull back the curtain on why street-level challenges remain highly visible despite unprecedented funding, and look directly at how Clackamas County is structuring regional resources through its “recovery-oriented system of care.”
This forum moves past the headlines to examine the real-world impact of our local service network. Discover how centralized hubs like The Caring Place, alongside the boots-on-the-ground efforts of The Father’s Heart and LoveOne, are working together to streamline medical, hygiene, and navigation services. Learn how these coordinated care models are actively working to balance commercial corridor safety with effective, relationship-driven resources—and find out exactly how your business can play a realistic, impactful role in supporting these local solutions.
Topics will include:
- What frontline service providers are seeing: what’s working, what’s changing, and where important gaps remain.
- What the business community should know about today’s homelessness response system—including common misconceptions and current realities.
- How meaningful progress can be measured over the next several years and what outcomes local leaders should expect.
- How Caring Place fits within the broader network of housing, shelter, prevention, behavioral health, and support services being developed across Clackamas County.
