Mark McCullen’s expertise and experience promise an enlightening discussion that can benefit your business strategies. Don’t miss this exclusive event – reserve your spot now and be part of this enriching experience.

“Oregon’s economy has behaved very differently in recent years when compared to the typical business cycle. In the past, Oregon has always outperformed other states in terms of population and job growth. This time around, population and job gains are in the middle of the pack across states, while output and income gains are well above average. The discussion will center on what Oregon can expect going forward, as well as an update on Oregon City’s major industries and housing market.”

Presenter:

Mark McCullen, State Economist from the Office of Economic Analysis

Mark McMullen has been appointed as the State Economist and the Director of the Oregon Office of Economic Analysis. The office is responsible for providing objective forecasts of the state’s economy, tax revenue, and population. The office’s main goal is to advance the objectives of the Governor, Legislature, state agencies, and the public. Before joining OEA in 2010, Mark was the Director of Consulting at Moody’s Analytics and a researcher with the Congressional Budget Office. Mark holds an undergraduate degree from Pomona College and a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
